What is the best way to contact you?

Email is our preferred way to keep track of your project. For bookings, approvals and important details, please email info@vervedesigns.co.uk.

For general enquiries, you’re also welcome to message us on WhatsApp at 07704 788170 or send a Facebook message. We’ll reply as soon as we can.

How long will I need to wait?

Availability and turnaround times depend on our current workload. Email us about your project for an up-to-date timeframe before booking.

Can you arrange printing?

Yes. We work with a trusted print partner and can arrange printing on your behalf. If you prefer to use your own printer, we can supply print-ready files instead. Please let us know early in the project so we can prepare everything correctly.

See our print prices and terms. A £10 print-file release fee applies when you’re not printing through our partner.

What am I paying for, and are payments refundable?

All design and print orders must be paid in full in advance by bank transfer or PayPal, before work begins or printing is ordered.

When you book design work with Verve Designs, you are paying for a reserved slot of our time, expertise and creative work, rather than simply for a finished product. We allocate that time to your project and make it unavailable to other clients. Once allocated, that slot is non-recoverable: cancelling, changing your mind or choosing not to use the finished design does not give us that time back.

All payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Print payments cover the agreed print order and associated preparation and handling. Please make sure you are happy with the brief, price and timescale before booking. Your statutory rights, including any applicable cancellation rights, remain unaffected.

What happens if my project is inactive for 30 days?

When you book, we reserve time in our schedule for your project. If we don’t hear from you for 30 days and no pause has been agreed in advance, your project will be cancelled under our non-refundable payment policy, subject to your statutory rights.

We understand that life gets busy. If you need to pause, please contact us before the 30 days are up so we can agree a pause and keep your booking active.

Is there a charge for small edits or resending files?

There is a minimum fee of £20 for small tasks or file retrieval requests, including resending logos, minor edits and file tweaks. Even a small request takes time to locate, check, prepare and send the correct files.

What do I need to provide before design work starts?

Please send a clear brief, final wording, contact details, images and any brand guidelines before we begin. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply and for having permission to use any text, photographs, logos or other material you provide.

Please tell us about deadlines, print specifications and any confidential or launch-sensitive information at the start of your project.

How do revisions and changes work?

We will confirm what is included in your quote before you book. Please send feedback together in one clear message so we can make your revisions efficiently.

Extra revisions, a change of direction or additional work outside the agreed brief may affect the price and completion date. We will confirm any additional charges with you before carrying out that work.

Do I need to approve my design before printing?

Yes. We will ask you to approve the final proof in writing before we send it to print. Please check all wording, spelling, prices, contact details, dates, images, layout and the agreed print specifications carefully.

Your approval confirms that you are happy for us to proceed. Changes requested after approval may incur additional design or reprint costs, which we will confirm with you. If an error you supplied or approved needs correcting, a reprint may be chargeable. This does not affect your rights if we or the printer fail to supply what was agreed.

Will printed colours match my screen?

Colours can look different on phones, monitors and in print. Paper stock, finishes and the printing process can also affect the final appearance, so an exact match to a screen preview cannot be guaranteed.

If a particular colour match is essential, please tell us before ordering so we can discuss suitable proofing options and any additional costs.

What should I know about print orders and delivery?

We arrange printing through a trusted print partner. Please confirm the quantity, size, stock, finish and delivery address before you approve your order. Once production begins, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Turnaround and delivery times are estimates unless we expressly agree a guaranteed deadline. Delays in receiving your content, feedback, payment or approval can move your completion date. Tell us about any event or fixed deadline before booking.

Please check your printing on arrival. If it is damaged, faulty or does not match the approved order, email us promptly with your order details and photographs so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution with our print partner. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Will you share my designs on social media?

Yes. Verve Designs may share work-in-progress designs during the drafting process, as well as finished designs and printed work, on our social media channels and in our portfolio to showcase our services.

If you do not want your designs shared, you must tell us in advance, before design work begins. Please email info@vervedesigns.co.uk when booking so we can record your preference.

If your project is confidential or must stay private until a launch date, please tell us before work starts and agree when, if at all, it can be shared. We will respect an agreed opt-out and will not share private correspondence, payment information or confidential details.

Which files will I receive?

We will agree the final file formats and deliverables with you when quoting. Please let us know in advance if you need files for a particular printer, website or other use. Editable source files are only included where expressly agreed.

Drafts are for review and approval. Please use the final supplied files for printing or publishing, and keep a backup of your completed artwork.
