YOUR MEMBERSHIP
What’s included
- A personalised marketing plan at the start of the service, normally worth £50
- Three hours of professional design or managed marketing support every month, typically worth £120–£150
- Ongoing marketing advice and guidance on hand
- Priority booking, subject to availability
- Tier Two Social Media Group membership, worth £100 per year
- 10% off printing, including leaflets, vouchers, posters and banners
- One month’s rollover for unused time

BEFORE YOU JOIN
Important terms
- This is a 12-month agreement, whether paid monthly or annually.
- Payment is required in advance. If you leave before the end of the agreement, the remaining balance will become payable.
- You are responsible for contacting us, requesting work and providing the information we need. We will not chase you to use your hours.
- Unused time rolls over for one month only and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
- Design, writing, planning, scheduling and amendments count towards your monthly allowance.
- Additional time will always be quoted before extra work begins.
- Priority booking is subject to availability and does not guarantee immediate completion.
- You are responsible for checking and approving all details before publishing or printing.
- Printing, advertising, domains, subscriptions and other third-party costs are not included.
- After the initial 12 months, you can cancel by giving 30 days’ written notice.
