BEFORE YOU ORDER
Print terms & conditions
You understand, of course, our print partners will be the printers and we're acting on your behalf. We'll make sure everything gets uploaded properly and then we'll check the PDF.
You'd have had a draft to approve now, so we will not be responsible for any errors (such as spelling mistakes or pricing errors) that should have been picked up during the proofing process.
Please also note there will always be very slight differences between the print design and whatever device you're looking at the drafts on.
In the unlikely event that there's a problem, or you're not happy with your printing, please contact us immediately and we'll contact our print partners on your behalf.
Payment is required in full in advance. All payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Design payments reserve a slot of our time and expertise, rather than simply paying for a finished product; once allocated, that time cannot be recovered. Print payments cover the agreed print order and associated preparation and handling. If there is a problem with your order, we will work with our print partner to arrange an appropriate resolution. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
