The £75 starting service is a single-page website with the content and features agreed in your quote. The quote will state the number of feedback rounds included. A feedback round is one combined list of changes to the current draft; please gather your comments together so we can make updates efficiently.

Small changes within the agreed brief can include wording, supplied prices, colours or image choices. A new design direction, extra pages, new features, significant content changes or further feedback rounds may require an additional quote. We’ll agree any extra cost with you before carrying out that work.

The service includes an adaptable layout for desktop and mobile. We check representative screen sizes in current mainstream browsers. Changes are applied to the same website, although spacing, image crops and menus may differ by screen size. Any specific device, older browser or special compatibility requirement should be agreed before work begins.

Please supply accurate business information and content you own or have permission to use. If we reuse previous Verve work, you must confirm that the details are still current. Check names, prices, contact details, spelling, links and images in your preview before approving launch.

Changes to information you supplied or approved after launch are normally quoted separately. If we introduce an error or fail to deliver the agreed specification, we’ll put it right without charging for that correction. Approval does not remove your statutory rights.

The design price does not include unlimited future edits, ongoing maintenance or automatic price-list updates. New prices, services, photographs, seasonal offers, additional pages and redesigns after launch are quoted separately unless covered by an agreed support service.

To request a change, message Carl with one clear list and the replacement text or images. We’ll confirm the cost and expected timing before proceeding.

Payment stages and any deposit will be stated in your quote. Delivery depends on receiving the required content, feedback, access and payments on time. Late or incomplete information can move the agreed schedule; we’ll discuss a revised date with you.

If a project becomes inactive, we’ll contact you before pausing it and confirm what is needed to restart. Work outside the original scope or changed requirements may need a revised quote.

Netlify hosting is subject to its plan limits and terms. Domain registration, renewal, paid hosting, email services, booking systems and other subscriptions are separate unless expressly included in your quote. Third-party availability and prices can change; free hosting is not a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

We’ll confirm who owns and manages the hosting account and domain, and what access or handover is included. You are responsible for renewals and account payments allocated to you in that agreement. Ongoing monitoring and support are included only where agreed.

If you want to cancel, contact Carl as soon as possible. Any amount payable for work already completed, agreed costs or a refund will be assessed fairly against the project agreement and applicable law; cancellation charges will not exceed reasonable losses.

Where you order as a consumer rather than for business purposes, applicable cancellation rights will be explained before you commit. We’ll obtain any required express request before starting during a cooling-off period, and any required acknowledgement before those rights can end. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
